QV Chef Emer was named last March 15, 2010 as the Chef of the Year during the 5th BACARDI Cruise Competition for his American cuisine entree - BACARDI LIMON Touched Maine Lobster Tail.
Emer's recipe was also chosen by on line viewers of CruiseCritic.com as their favorite recipe for which he was given a People's Choice Award.
